Vitigliano Gourmet Breakfast
Here we put together a breakfast to suit your individual wishes. The smell of freshly baked rolls (Italian schiacciata and organic spelt bread) greets you as soon as you enter the building. How do you like your eggs, what would you prefer in your omelette? Our chef cooks it to your liking, cuts your ham using the Berkel slicer, prepares a platter of Italian pecorino cheeses or a sweet pancake to round off your breakfast. And it goes without saying that you can choose from a wide selection of finest jams, local honey and fruit.
During the day you can choose from a selection of light dishes. We’re passionate about cooking and happy to prepare an Italian 4-course dinner for our guests on 6 evenings of the week (Monday-Saturday), which they can enjoy on one of our terraces.
When it comes to our cuisine, we do our best to live up to the high standards we have set with regard to health and ecological sustainability. As far as is possible we use organic ingredients and locally sourced produce.
